When you look deep into who's pushing all these new 'age verification' laws all the sudden, Meta's fingerprints are all over it.
In a rational world, that fiasco would have resulted in shareholders angrily blowing the e-mail inboxes and telephones of every member of the board of directors and Zuckerberg would have resigned in shame years ago.
Seriously. Instead he announced he was going to be throwing somewhat less money into that specific dumpster fire and the investors decided that was worth 4%.
Yea, don't really have much sympathy for Meta investors, they continue to give money to a company where the founder has a 51% voting share.
Well, it's not really a rational world. I mean, Tesla stockholders somehow still want Elon in charge despite sales, brand value, public perception, and product quality declining under his watch.
