I actually like that the majority walk around wearing what they had on at the time. The TGI Friday's waitress flying a 777 is a lot funnier than a naked pilot.

yeah exactly, and it highlights that they are all interchangeable. would be harder to show that all naked.
They even adjusted they clothing to please her. They acknowledged they had the flight crew dress more professionally on her second flight, after she got a little shook up at the TGIFridays server flying her plane.
So true! Also, from my point of view as someone that knows zilch about how casting and costuming works on a big production like this, it certainly feels like the casting call for extras was along the lines of “show up wearing whatever the hell you want to!”
The supermarket restocking scene is a great example of outfit variety.
I can't imagine Apple would go for that, they've funded some great TV but they're also pretty prudish.
It doesn't make sense in any case. People wear clothes for reasons beyond prudishness.
But viewers enjoy nudity for reasons beyond hornyness.
I guess this show is going to be the reason I finally go for Apple TV. Which is painful to me as an old fashioned PC fella.
If you do, Severance is another smash hit in the same vein.
🏴☠️ and buy anything you really like on DVD or Bluray. There's some great shows on Apple+ but fuck Apple
It's worth getting. Monarch, Silo, Severance, Down Cemetery Road, F1, and plenty of others. Keep it a month and record the good stuff.
To expand on the list of great Apple TV shows: For All Mankind, Foundation, Morning Show, Ted Lasso
There’s also a show about a video game company, that was decent. Forget the name.
Also Murderbot was an amazing adaptation
Mythic Quest?
Yes, that one.
Apple and HBO are the 2 sources that 90% of what I watch comes from.

Don’t hitch your identity to hating Apple. It’s silly.
Who produces what we consume is important. Not silly at all.
Well, maybe, to a degree (and this goes way beyond Apple as they are only one player) - but making your dislike of a specific streaming service your identity is a bit silly, all the same.
It's not like that at all. It's just it's always been apple vs PC and I'm team PC so I need to root for the home team. That's all
Not worth it. At least pluribus isn't. Let the dummies downvote me all they want but that show is junk.
it's not porn, it's HBO
[off topic?]
"To Your Scattered Bodies Go" by Philip Jose Farmer. Everyone who lived on Earth, from apx. 50,000 BC to 2200 AD wakes up naked on the Riverworld.
Thought of that when I read the headline.
There was a miniseries. Don't watch it.
