Sinners was a fun watch but I can't see any Oscar worthiness...

Having said that, a long time ago very special music earn its creators a Grammy, now Bad Bunny gets them... I have nothing against Bad Bunny (I am Latino myself) but his music is not very "polished"... to me it's the difference between an incredible meal by a Micheline star chef vs a delicious street food

How is this possible? didn't they just elect a raging lunatic as President? Who could have thought a President who wields a chainsaw on a stage could have bad policies?!

True but how about allowing vaping? I see it banned everywhere tobacco is but a THC vape has no nicotine and there is nothing but water vapour on the exhale (so no issue on second hand)

I know little of this stuff so my sentence above may be factually incorrect

It's clear your reading comprehension is low... I have never said I want anything to do with China and I have repeatedly said I do not buy your premise that should the USA diminish, the world would find itself under China's or Russia's thumb

I have not bought into your low level strawman (that means I do not believe your premise!)... and all attempts from you to keep putting my position as a China loving person are laughable (I guess to anyone but you since it seems to escape you over and over)

Hi Lemmy,

I want to do a project that involves concrete. Basically I am making steps, giving them texture and stamping them so it looks somewhat like stones.

I have watched a million videos and I feel I can tackle this, plus I have a lot of areas to practice that won't be too visible so if the steps look a bit amateur it's fine.

My biggest question is about the effort of mixing concrete. I have a corded drill with a mixing paddle and most steps won't require much. However a few are larger and I would have to mix 10 bags or so. The drying time allows me to work one at a time and then do my stamping but I was wondering if this is feasible from an effort perspective.

I am an experienced DIYer but have not worked much with concrete, I made a coffee table, post bases, etc but never something that requires so many bags... am I setting myself up for failure / a broken back? hehehe

"Unexpectedly"... who would have thought that taking a chainsaw to all establish trade could be an issue?!
