For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.
No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.
Opinions from all sides of the political spectrum are welcome here. However, we kindly ask that off-topic political discussion be kept to a minimum, so as to focus on the goal of this sub. This community is minimally moderated, so discussion and the power of upvotes/downvotes are allowed, provided lemmy.world rules are not broken.
Post links to instances of obvious Elon Musk fanboy brigading in default subreddits, lemmy/kbin communities/instances, astroturfing from Tesla/SpaceX/etc., or any articles critical of Musk, his ideas, unrealistic promises and timelines, or the working conditions at his companies.

Oh I'm absolutely sure it's possible, there have been numerous stories where Tesla has disabled cars, sometimes for something as stupid as leaving a bad review on the internet!
Which is why I would never have bought a Tesla, even before it became clear that Musk is an insane Nazi.

Draft dodging is a human right. You always have the moral right to not kill. If you think your government will force you into the military and not respect your conscientious objector status, you should have a plan to flee that is not written down and is on foot. Make a laminated card with loved ones' contact info on it (most people should have this anyways) and put it in a go bag with supplies for your journey.
Also, if you don't want to fighr regardless of if you think conscientious objectors will be ignored, begin establishing that status. It's not a "I don't want to fight this fight" thing, it requires a level of establishing. One method is to convert to a religion that mandates nonviolence.
You do not have to fight and you can accept prison instead.
