Reminds me of that time when Paradox made DLC that added female leaders to one of their games. A bunch of chuds complained about "historical accuracy" so Paradox responded by making it the only DLC that couldn't be disabled.

The guy who complained is a member of the group "Woke and Censored Games Alert" on Steam. What a surprise 
So let me get this straight, game developers shouldn't include subtitles because the on-going lore states that it takes away resources and time from the developer better spent polishing up the game, but this developer should include a male option despite him literally not being able to afford the time to do so. Also mods to allow easy mode shouldn't exist because it goes against the developers vision for the game, but the developer's vision for the game should make space for the desires of the player.
The nuances of anti-woke lore is fascinating; this should get its own wiki page to keep track of this lore.
It's almost like it's a fascist mode of thinking and all it needs or wants is an enemy to hate. Consistency would just slow these people down, it's much much easier to extend the two minute hate about some absolutely inconsequential thing into perpetuity.
The developer responded to the old thread with an update on the request.
"I've added the ability to play as Mr Tofu who is a sentient block of Tofu..."
Okay it may have been tongue in cheek but I'd legit play as a sentient block of tofu any time.
Not the only game about driving kei trucks featuring a sentient block of tofu in the past few years either lol
I think Resident Evil had a hidden Tofu character. So there's probably three more obscure RE games for the Nokia and a novel about how it all ties into Wesker's experiments with creating the perfectly evolved lunch.
The original Resident Evil 2 for PS1. I beat the mode before tofu but I couldn’t beat tofu.
