They won't make money if you use it. They want your data. They are in a race to harvest personal information which is the most valuable commodity since long back. But now it's engagement data, or any data at all, because their funnels can can sort it out and use it. It's like the Cold War but very very hot

Using BetterStack for uptime monitoring... they made their UI basically unusable by shoving AI in your face at every turn. You would think that their first navigation entry would be the dashboard of monitors... NOPE, it's their "AI SRE" "feature" which I didn't ask for or need.
