This is why they're getting rid of r/all. Too many people seeing things that make them question their programming.
Ok, but I wish possible would get it through their skulls that this is US policy with it without the Epstein files. There's always some excuse to make it seem as though the US is acting out of character
American's brains literally short-circuit trying to comprehend what should be basic foundational morality
I wish I could disagree but the literal morality I've had to contend with is basically 'Western countries good, non-Western countries bad; Westerners people with rights, non-Westerners barely people with negotiable rights'
Ukraine invasion = bad
Middle East or Africa invasion = good (bumped up to neutral ten years after war begins, and biggest tragedy is the handful of American soldiers killed)
Democracy = citizens deserve human rights
Not a democracy = Kill the innocent!
Basically look at ICE; ICE is doing but a shred of what the troops did in Iraq and yet only ICE gets any hate.
