Other europeans might view general Finnish wibe as being grumpy/upset, altough it isn't.

We don't drink more, just more at once.

German ancestry here, had some woman call my mom a Neo-Nazi when she found out she was of German descent and almost stopped being friends with her

Soviet Union ancestry. I went away from Soviet Union when Vladimir Putin was a KGB agent in Germany, or maybe a taxi driver in Leningrad. People blame me and my family for things that Putin did.
Certainly not all the time, But Germans do drink a lot of beer…. I mean a lot of beer.
There was a solid 20 years there where the world actually believed Canadians were environmentalists. Lol!
