i'll give Geller some benefit of the doubt based on previous work, but I immediately notice that Palestine had people living there forever and Rapture was built in the ocean.

It's made pretty clear by Ken Levin himself that it was not until after the game's release that he began to re-examine some of the subconscious themes of the game (like how one of the characters in the game is literally a Jewish holocaust survivor that participated in Nazi human experimentation to save her own skin). It's a pretty great video and he stops short of drawing a one to one comparison probably for that reason.
To fill in everybody who hasn't played Bioshock, it heavily critiques Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged. It explores what kind of society a Galt stand-in would build and the outcome of the contradictions such a society would have if left to their own devices.
A quote from the villain sums up the critique nicely from an opportunist's point of view.
These sad saps. They come to Rapture thinking they're gonna be captains of industry, but they all forget that somebody's gotta scrub the toilets. What an angle they gave me! I hand these mugs a cot and a bowl of soup, and they give me their lives. Who needs an army when I got Fontaine's Home for the Poor?"
EDIT:
That's why we have created a beautiful book based on the stunning images from the game, along with AI-generated quotes from the Bible.
Centuries from now Christians will say this touched off the Age of Apostasy.
