MODERATORS
The only thing that makes this obvious satire, is the US president would say that was a strong move in real life.
"Say what you like about North Korea, they got guts."
He was disappointed...that he didnt get to watch.
I guess its funny but NK and China are longtime trade partners and mutual defenders of each other.
I mean "all of Asia" includes NK.
I just feel uneasy when The Onion posts possitive headlines about China, like last year they posted "Pentagon Warns China Developing Love, The Greatest Weapon Of All".
Small losses of nuance, like portraying them as not associated with NK, and positive connotations like the aforementioned article, can have a big impact on perception even with obvious satire.
