last year I met a Cuban "influencer" in China and she told me "you know the blockade isn't real right" (and repeated the same claims about extreme government mismanagement) AAAAAAAAAAA
Slop.

I was almost taken aback by the tone shift, like.. somehow you know why Cuba is suffering because of external pressure then attribute the mess of U.S. meddlings on Cuba on the Cuban Government..?!
The external pressure and the internal crisis are too much
ok Gordon Chang
"fragile country" Cuba is a lot of things, none of them fragile.
This is just colour rev shit. He is suggesting that the US is the lesser of two evils when compared with the current government, which leads you to believe that US intervention is the best thing for the country.

When American intervention yields non cataclysmic results, I'll change my tune on the 'regimes' thar oppose them.
This is why you put people in working camps instead of exiling them, they grow up in 3 generations into piles of resentment of their papies farms, instead of fertilizing the soil.
Also, not just tourism for usa inhabitants who can spend 500 bucks on tickets, and at least pcf in france (https://www.pcf.fr/cuba) are organizing solidarity drive, probably other commie parties as well. P.s. fuck china and latin america
