The bar is so low. They aren't even trying to press charges against the agent for trying to kill this woman. They just want the government to retract its smears against her and they won't even do that.

These fascist fucks really have declared war against us all.

Pretty stupid of doxxed agents to double down

Knowing who they are is irrelevant until someone does something about it. Up to this point no one has.

Government lawyers argued that the release of Exum’s text messages would further sully the agent and his family. The judge pushed back. “I don’t know why the United States government has expressed zero concern for the sullying of Ms. Martinez’s reputation,” Alexakis said.

If the text messages of Agent Exum show deep remorse for the killing or immense anger with the system that put him in the position he needed to kill then I think that would reflect well on Agent Exum.

If instead it shows him making jokes about the victim or boasting about the killing then, yes, Agent Exum's reputation will be further sullied.

The government is telegraphing what the tone of his text messages are even before they are being released.

Can someone explain the video of this Patel posted (linked in article)? It sure looks like she was ramming the truck, so I must be missing something.

The reply under that post says that video was from a different incident.
