On a first date I'm looking for common interests, and gauging how easy the conversation flows. Do we feel natural together? Does the time go too fast and do I not want it to end? I want to establish a connection on a first date and leave with us both wanting more.
I read gauging as gagging. I was like hmm that's like 4th base already?

Dont really know because I have been on a single first date and it was with my at the time best friend who I am now engaged to so that isn't exactly a standard situation
We watched a pirated movie in my bedroom for the first one and the second one was a multi mile hike On a mountain with no cell Service so neither would be a normal early in relationship activities
