Never understand how staying in water doing nothing is relaxing, doing nothing is when the thoughts are coming! Always stay occupied before it's too late! They are coming, they are here
Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I have bubble baths usually once a week at the end of my work week.
I watch YouTube on my phone.
It's a form of sensory deprivation. The water cools and calms the stressed body, in darkness + mask even more effective stimming.
For people that thoughts start to creep, practice a sutra.
Every self is different, every care is different.
Is this loss?
II _I II II
Because that's what your self-care routine needs, performance anxiety.
Hey babe, wanna watch bluey and cry?
I have a 24/7 stream of Bluey on my favourites list for my IPTV. I leave it on during the day most days for the dog to watch.
I've caught a bunch of episodes that just make me cry. It's such a great show.
Does your TV cache it at least? Just seems like a good use case for playing locally > streaming.
The emotional/mental balm of wholesome shows is definitely self care
Self-care in the 2020's:
Rotating your chair away from your work monitor to your recreational monitor after a horrific day of being abused over zoom to watch the news on your other monitor until you're a wreck, then playing some video games you actually hate.
It is so much better when the abuse is face to face, isn't it?
Yeah, because then the assholes can potentially be punched and they subconsciously tone it down a bit
Try out Vintage Story! Even if you don't care for the default settings, you can pretty much customize every vanilla setting, and mod support is built in, so you can get kinda crazy with it. It looks like Minecraft, but that's where the similarities end, or so I'm told. I never could get into Minecraft.
I compare it to Terraria if it was 3D. There's lore there, but you'll only find it once you go looking.
VINTAGE STORY MENTIONED!!!
No freaking way!!! 😭👏
You have a separate monitor???
Technically the company owns it, I ain't gonna burn out my good one on work.
There's been a miscommunication/misunderstanding of the definition of self care
Dry cereal used to be my snack of choice when I was a kid. That shit slaps
Lucky Charms is the only cereal I have ever wanted to eat dry. Whatever the marshmallows are made out of will probably kill me, but the texture is amazing.
I love those crunchy cereal marshmallows! I've bought them (just the marshmallows) online a few times. It's been years, so probably time for a treat.
still does.
Dude is just horny. I can relate to that!
