Never understand how staying in water doing nothing is relaxing, doing nothing is when the thoughts are coming! Always stay occupied before it's too late! They are coming, they are here

I have bubble baths usually once a week at the end of my work week.

I watch YouTube on my phone.

It's a form of sensory deprivation. The water cools and calms the stressed body, in darkness + mask even more effective stimming.

For people that thoughts start to creep, practice a sutra.
