I'm seeing fash argue that he had the gun in his hand and fired off shots at them and that it's confirmed by "widely circulated photos." We are beyond being able to argue about a set of facts, as if that would even matter to the bootlicker at this point.
They don’t care about facts, they know what happened and they’re reveling in it. They only pretend to not understand.
This is not new, it just has different contextual embedding. Reactionaries always invent excuses, ones they often don't even believe.

The CHUDs don't care about truth or reality. There could be a video where the ICE agent turns to the camera and says "this person was no threat and did nothing wrong, I just killed them for fun." and the CHUDs will still insist the video "shows" the ICE agent shooting them in "self defence."
They are in a post-truth headspace at this point, where the truth isn't only irrelevant, it is downright dangerous to their worldview, so any time a video comes out, they will invariably insist it doesn't show what it actually shows at all, they know they are lying, they don't care, it's more important to virtue signal to their group that they are happy to not believe their own lying eyes.

Yeh Pretti’s weapon was 3-4 metres away at the time they magdumped. I’m open to the possibility that it was his gun going off somehow as the pig took it towards the middle of the street that spooked the other oinkers, but I’m putting that at like 1%, they don’t deserve any benefit of the doubt. Tbh it would be more likely that the 
intentionally discharged Pretti’s gun as some sort of pretence or perhaps to provide “””evidence””” of him resisting or whatever after the fact.
And it goes without saying that supposed “law enforcement” shouldn’t be raining gunfire on the nearest real person whenever there is a loud bang, so it’s no excuse.

Which “key individuals” have been targeted? This would imply political opponents or union leaders or something. I know a couple of low ranking dems got clipped but I’d hardly call them key individuals.
