The text is probably gibberish, I don't know enough PIE to really say, the only word I recognize off the bat is *médʰu which means either honey or mead. The root *h₂eydʰ- (or *h₂ei̯dʰ-) means "fire" or "ignite", and *-h₁ apparently derives instrumentals, so… "with a fire"? I don't know.
