Oh good, then the federal government can turn over any evidence the Minnesota state investigators ask for since they don't need it, right? Right?

Welcome to the News community!
Rules:
1. Be civil
Attack the argument, not the person. No racism/sexism/bigotry. Good faith argumentation only. This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban. Do not respond to rule-breaking content; report it and move on.
2. All posts should contain a source (url) that is as reliable and unbiased as possible and must only contain one link.
Obvious biased sources will be removed at the mods’ discretion. Supporting links can be added in comments or posted separately but not to the post body. Sources may be checked for reliability using Wikipedia, MBFC, AdFontes, GroundNews, etc.
3. No bots, spam or self-promotion.
Only approved bots, which follow the guidelines for bots set by the instance, are allowed.
4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source. Clickbait titles may be removed.
Posts which titles don’t match the source may be removed. If the site changed their headline, we may ask you to update the post title. Clickbait titles use hyperbolic language and do not accurately describe the article content. When necessary, post titles may be edited, clearly marked with [brackets], but may never be used to editorialize or comment on the content.
5. Only recent news is allowed.
Posts must be news from the most recent 30 days.
6. All posts must be news articles.
No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials, videos, blogs, press releases, or celebrity gossip will be allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.
I keep saying this... All of us who said trump was an absolute shit show of a human and unfit for office, were absolutely far more correct than we even knew. No matter how bad you think he is, he's worse.
No, I fully expected all of this. That's why I held my nose and voted for Harris. Not one single thing he's done is surprising.
I expected a lot of this and worse. 3 more years of awful decisions remain though. That's why I say it's always worse than you think. Because it will always get worse, as long as he draws breath.
Same. He has a history going back decades even before he ran for office and before he was given that stupid game show that gave a lot of halfwits the idea he was Good At Bidness (and Being Good At Bidness == Good At Presidency, naturally).
He's always been a vainglorious evil piece of shit failson and evidence for him being quite racist goes back to the 70s.
I wish someone had given him a late night talk show instead of the presidency.
'Ya but harris had a funny laugh, apparently.'
'i had to protest the party somehow.'
'They were backed by the same warmongers'
I remember when Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton ran presidential campaigns utilizing that same mentality.
As it turns out, it was a losing strategy.
I remember when third party / non-voter people perpetually insisted since before I was born that any election now we'll "teach dems a lesson".
As it turns out, it was a losing strategy and it aided fascism, precisely as every thinking person knew would happen.
contrary to popular belief the numbers don't support you argument. Would-be Dem supporters went to Trump. Third-party voters OTOH owe you nothing. They aren't in your party, and I'd rather vote for who I want, and lose instead of voting for who I adamantly don't want and win. Since winning isn't my immediate end-goal, however, I'm highly unlikely to vote for a right-wing party candidate regardless.
Go ahead and keep going on "logic" and ignore easily predictable outcomes. That way, you can feel SO smug all the time. A moral perfect little angel, so much better than everyone else and DEFINITELY blameless.
lol. thank you. I will. Maybe it will encourage you guys to come up with more of a winning strategy since you seem so disappointed about your candidates lack of support.
Yes, I will get with my friends at the DNC and change everything, post-haste! Despite barely even supporting any democrats at all, I definitely support literally all of them, ESPECIALLY the DNC.
And you can keep on handing your vote to conservatives while pretending a russian asset would be a good candidate in any context.
ooh, accusing me of being a "russian asset." that's original, now that you know I don't see things your way. Let me make it simple. Your vote is the main declaration of your support. So, yes if you voted Democrat then you don't just "barely support" a candidate but instead you Acutely "support" them. The only way to be more supportive is to make large monetary donations
-Also by your logic my vote went to Republicans. By that same logic Do you think the Liberterian voters also support Trump or do you think the anti-government gun-nuts also owe the Democrats their support? Wait I know, by voting third party in 2020 I helped save democracy for Biden and the Democrats since they won. Good thing they solved all, er some, well none of the problems that led to trump getting into office.
...Did you just admit to being Jill Stein? Or are you saying you wrote in your own name?
you never answered my questions. I asked you first.
secondly, I voted for Claudia De La Cruz and prior to that I voted for Howie Hawkins
I thought all lives mattered...
Getting away with murder AND being paid for it.
Well, isn't Pam Blondie's DOJ "investigating" the wife of the victim?
Omg wut 😱 "We looked into it and it turns out that there are no crimes except the ones being perpetrated by the president's enemies. It turns out he and his wealthy friends aren't pedophiles, and shooting a woman in cold blood in front of the entire world is always self defense as long as you support and defend the president who totally isn't a baby killing pedophile."
A law is simply the embodiment of a leader's moral reasoning, and there's no room for moral relativity when it comes to what the leader decides is either right or wrong (because he gets to decide). A just law means no law at all for Nazis and pedophiles and the people that protect and enable them. So say king pedophile, and the anti-elitist conservatives with degrees from Harvard and Yale.

Also they are just ripping off the philosophy of literal Nazis, but don't call them Nazis bc that might be a felony. 🤫
Vermeule has always been a fan girl when it comes to how can we apply Nazi law to the justice system in America. But again, pointing out reality is highly offensive to delicate Nazi snowflakes, so if you see this link to his work on the Harvard law review page, I guess no you don't 🤷♀️

Or if you prefer a more casual Donotsaynazi experience, you can read his substack (for real) https://thenewdigest.substack.com/p/chevron-by-any-other-name
This excerpt from last year tells all the woke worry warts they should stop making such a big deal about the SCOTUS decision to overturn the Chevron deference. A sentiment that Trump's current CIA director has also shared for at least 8 years, long before the SCOTUS decision to overturn it in 2024 and long before the CIA was leading the recent invasion of Venezuela in 2025.
So relax, there's no Nazis, there's no unjust oil (and mineral) war. Just America being great and a lot of paranoid Pennys making a big kerflufel over the shadow under the bed, which the justice department has looked into, and assures you there's nothing to be worried about..
Then they called you a fucking rube under their breath, but you didn't hear it. Just like we all didn't hear Jonathan Ross call that lady a fucking bitch after he ~~murdered~~ neutralized her in "self defense."
You vote fo it!
