I had to factory reset my phone the other day and today I forgot to put the calculator app back on. Being able to use that feels like such a basic tool that all phones should have...but android does not. Outside of calling and texting using the mini-computer in your pocket is what makes these things "smart".

I've only ever had android phones and each of them has come with a calculator app. That's an interesting customization decision by the company that made yours.

These days it feels like a pleasant surprise if a new phone has a call and text function.
