Someone has never seen a herd of cows get let out to pasture for the first time of the spring. It is a raucus event.

Yes, very joyous. I didn't realize raucous had overall negative connotations. Perhaps rowdy better describes the concept I was thinking of.
Why uncomfortable? The entire floor being edible e everywhere you go sounds awesome. Especially with an animal brain, 90% of their thoughts are just "food". Then you look down and FUCK YEAH FOOD nomnomnom
There's probably real good grass and shitty grass that they have to sort through
Whole floor is covered in food that everyone shits and pisses on.
That's why pastoral tribes were nomadic. Munch, fertilize, rotate.
I mean it probably sucks for all we know. Imagine you get to eat as much celery for free as you like. Grass might be like that for cows.

I read that cannibalistic tribes found white people tasted like ripe banana. Much tastier than their own dudes.
