Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!

Rules:

  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Carve a swastika into their foreheads.

[–] floofloof@lemmy.ca 24 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

They need to release this as a torrent. A website is too easily taken down.

[–] wheezy@lemmy.ml 3 points 2 hours ago

Could literally have been posted on GitHub, Pastebin, 1000s of different hosting sites free and anonymous. If this is literally just text data. Something is sus about the way this was released.

Can we get list that site is way to slow?

[–] errer@lemmy.world 5 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

Seriously it’s like a CSV, the data itself is prolly distributable on a floppy disk. There should be half a dozen mirrors by now.

[–] wheezy@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 hours ago

Yeah. This is kind of sus to me. I'm kinda feeling like this is a means of collecting data on the people trying to access the site. I just can't believe that someone that actually wanted to leak this info would this incompetent. This could literally be posted to a pastebin. Or, ya know, a torrent if it includes images. Something is sus.

[–] UnspecificGravity@piefed.social 3 points 6 hours ago

Near as I can tell no one has seen it.

Lots of spouses and children finding out their dad is even more of a piece of shit than they suspected today. I hope they're all able to avoid the obvious domestic abuse that will ensue when the population most likely to be domestic abusers get outed. Hopefully that may also mean a lot of them go to jail tonight, but let's be honest, their record showing this only makes them more likely to be selected by DHS as an applicant.

I would LOVE to see some research group look up all of the violent charges of these ICE goons and plot that against the general public. That would be beautiful.

Any mirrors? Site is getting death gripped harder than me later tonight

[–] Arghblarg@lemmy.ca 10 points 8 hours ago* (last edited 8 hours ago)

Archive: https://archive.is/ivmTa

Edit: seems the capture didn't fully work. Hope someone got it all.

[–] foggy@lemmy.world 15 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

Anyone got a mirror? Sites effectively hugged to death rn.

[–] roux404@lemmy.world 7 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

It’s been down since this morning. Seems more like a coordinated effort to make sure nobody sees that list

[–] foggy@lemmy.world 6 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

It isnt down. It's just overwhelmed.

I have a few pages open currently, but they've all taken many requests.

[–] roux404@lemmy.world 1 points 8 hours ago

Ah ok thank you for letting me know.

I hope someone eggs their houses and scares their spouses

[–] Mouselemming@sh.itjust.works 14 points 8 hours ago

Better to paint ICE on the front door for everyone to see (best to do so in ICE cosplay and keep that mask up)

[–] zd9@lemmy.world 9 points 10 hours ago
[–] SkybreakerEngineer@lemmy.world 4 points 9 hours ago

Sure, and while I'm at it I'll pour molten gold in their keyholes

[–] tino_408@lemmy.world 4 points 10 hours ago (2 children)

This is an extremely bad idea. Most of this people have guns at home. Just stay safe everyone.

[–] kieron115@startrek.website 4 points 6 hours ago* (last edited 6 hours ago)

guns don't do a whole lot against molotov cocktails thrown at 3 in the morning, just saying. not advocating for violence, just pointing out that guns at home tend to cause more fatalities to their owners/family than they do save people from a home invasion.

[–] AfricanExpansionist@lemmy.ml 11 points 10 hours ago (3 children)

Yo this dork has never egged a house

[–] Bronzebeard@lemmy.zip 8 points 8 hours ago

In this economy?!

[–] tino_408@lemmy.world 1 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

lol I have definitely egged a house before. But if I knew the home owner had a good chance of owning a gun especially when hostility is floating in the air I probably wouldn’t be here today to type this

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 1 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

if i was egging someone wish a firearm, i'd use the slingshot and egg from 300 yards away

[–] moody@lemmings.world 1 points 4 hours ago

Nobody is launching an egg with a slingshot. Maybe some of the yolk would hit the target, I guess, but you'd get way more egg on yourself.
