You have a set amount of HP that constantly ticks down, and you need to post and get replies/mentions to boost it back up.
If you don't post at least a few times a day or get any engagement, your HP will drain to zero and your account gets deleted.
The Poster Who Couldn't Log Off
- Add a new currency linked to user's account called Hexcoin, valued at 10RUB per Hexcoin
- Implement daily and weekly missions to earn free Hexcoin (say 20 per day). Ex, Make a post, make 20 comments, make one emoji-only comment, make a post/comment containing the daily rotating keyphrase ("Marx", "China", "Treatlerite", "shut the fuck up TERF", "Death to America", "Isn'treal"), make a comment in one of the megas, and so on and so forth
- Gacha system implemented for emojis, you cannot use emojis you do not own. 10 Hexcoin per pull, emojis divided into tiers based on how frequently they are used
- Monthly subscription required to view or post in news mega (100 Hexcoin per month or 1500 Hexcoin per year)
- Implement an energy system where you can only post 50 comments a day, may spend Hexcoin to buy energy at a rate of 1 Hexcoin to 50 comments

Emojis should be on the blockchain and rentbears should have to pay hexcoins for each use to rent and the usage has to be approved by hexlords (hexholders) who own parts of the nft and unapproved usage should result in a lawsuit against the rentbears. There should not be a fixed price on the emojis and prices would be entirely decided by the hexmarket just like it would be with hexcoins. The users should get more for what they pay for so every image will be AI generated remakes. The AI generations should be transparent and done on the block chain by pooling hardware and as a reward the hardware providers will get a share of the emoji based on the amount of contribution to the image by their respective hardware but to increase innovation the algorithm would should make it harder to generate the images with exponentially increasing difficulty so the hexlords will have to make innovations and make more powerful devices.
Opening up advertisement in hexbear to increase commercial potential of hexbear and purchase of hexcoins. Selling products like graphic tees based on the aforementioned block chain emojis is another idea. Since they are part of the blockchain the nft based clothes will be for rent only and tampering with the nfts on clothes will be a criminal offense and repair rights belong to the hexlords. I dream of the day hexbear becomes hexbull.

I already love the 502 page just the way it is, but maybe we could add some memes and a comment section.
Get rid of the sidebars and add in by-the-hour ongoing stats for a Blaseball-esque league tracker called Marxball that happens in the background.
Eventually we add an upbear currency system where users gain currency by interacting with the site and use that currency called Postvouchers (or PV for short) and can use it to gamble on the Marxball games, bribe moderators for Indulgences, and save up enough PVs to even buy a mod position or make a new Comm.
And then eventually, we get Varoufakis to design the site PV economy and add in skins, plubic-private partnership insurance services, and sitewide interest rates.

Put the emojis in lootboxes that you earn through upbears (or buy with crypto). Boom.
People here often speak in terms of a false dichotomy between not doing anything to grow the website and subordinating everything else about the site to growth. I think there should be an outreach initiative of some kind simply to keep the site alive (because usership declines over time), though I think anyone who recognizes my username will agree that I'm just about the last person who should be involved in such a thing.
I feel like somewhere in an even darker timeline to our own someone tried doing Hexbear NFTs
