He ceased to be an American citizen the moment he was deported.

[–] Smoogs@lemmy.world 4 points 42 minutes ago

And then she promptly went to hide up her own ass

[–] aeternum@lemmy.blahaj.zone 53 points 13 hours ago

he should have thought twice about being a minority.

[–] DeICEAmerica@lemmy.world 41 points 13 hours ago (2 children)

This is NOT and will NOT be shown on the news. They are ALL complicit and working for the 1000 billionaires. They all need to go.

[–] stiffyGlitch@lemmy.world 1 points 1 hour ago

I agree with ↓

[–] some_kind_of_guy@lemmy.world 95 points 11 hours ago* (last edited 11 hours ago) (1 children)

Not that I don't agree, but It's literally a screenshot of a CNN broadcast

[–] Snowpix@lemmy.ca 14 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

Plus it's on the MeidasTouch Network. You can always rely on them to expose every little fuckup the regime makes even if corpo news won't.

[–] hovercat@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 2 hours ago

And MeidasTouch is by no means small. In terms of viewership numbers, they're far larger than any cable network at this point, even if you only look at their YT numbers.

[–] DupaCycki@lemmy.world 36 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

Lesson learned. Now they'll strip people of their American citizenship before deporting them to a random country.

[–] Rivalarrival@lemmy.today 17 points 8 hours ago (1 children)

You don't actually have to be a citizen to join the US military. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) are eligible to serve. They are also required to register for Selective Service and can be drafted.

[–] bitchkat@lemmy.world 3 points 1 hour ago

Back on the day, green card holders had to register for selective service as well. So it could be obligated instead of eligible if the reinstituted the draft.

What a fucking easy copout to hand her "will you at least consider looking at the case?"

No dude. Have her commit while you've got fire on her feet. Am I the only person left with common sense

[–] TechAnon@lemmy.world 2 points 25 minutes ago

If she looks at the case and frees these people, it's an admission of guilt. If she doesn't do anything, she was made aware of the issue before congress and will look even worse later on.

[–] boeman@lemmy.world 83 points 16 hours ago (1 children)

Agreed, enough with this archaic sense of decorum. The ruling party has not shown decorum in ages. Blast them, make them answer to their faults.

[–] Whostosay@sh.itjust.works 27 points 16 hours ago (8 children)

We really should start going for the throat, especially with Democrats. They keep doing shit like this, we bombard them and let them know the second we can, we're going to primary their asses. It has to stop.

[–] hateisreality@lemmy.world 1 points 30 minutes ago

Every single asshole enabling this bullshit needs to be primaried.

When Trumps officials are out of office. I call game on. Have at it. Get your retribution. Get out the whip cream pies. And pie these people everywhere they go.

[–] vivalapivo@lemmy.today 13 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

Oh my sweet summer child. That's not how authoritarianism works.

They will do everything in order to remain in power. And as 2025 has already shown, there is no one to stop them. The only condition they will step out of the power is a guarantee that the successor will preserve everything they've got during the reign.

[–] PissingIntoTheWind@lemmy.world 2 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

Then there will be a civil war.

[–] Zexks@lemmy.world 1 points 10 minutes ago

Not until a LOT more people have died. We have super circuses now that will make people forget about the bread

[–] Alloi@lemmy.world 27 points 15 hours ago (10 children)

i think we should torture and kill them, but thats just me wanting them to experience what they have done to thousands of people with the intent to do it to millions more.

[–] Bonson@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 hour ago

Absolutely not, rehabilitation is still the humane way to treat others. Torture begets torture, just like you proposed it, the ones you torture will propose against you. We’re educated enough to break the cycle.

[–] PunnyName@lemmy.world 2 points 3 hours ago

Hang them by their toes. When it seems like they might actually rip off, hang them under their arm pits. During the healing process, razor blades under their toenails and fingernails. Also, using razor blades to gently slice just a little into the toes and fingers.

As a treat.

[–] Kalothar@lemmy.ca 13 points 14 hours ago (2 children)

I don’t think we should kill them, we should imprison, even punish with emphasis rehabilitation, but we cannot just extinct this threat through more violence.

We can only destroy this behavior by ingraining its unacceptability throughout our cultures. Why it’s wrong to think this way or do this thing.

Otherwise we are just killing peoples relatives that will then turn around and say we killed so and so to them and this group is evil for X and Y.

[–] Coldcell@sh.itjust.works 7 points 7 hours ago

Heads on spikes is an historic example of projecting unacceptability.

This guy wasn't even the first one I could think of off the top of my head. Obviously, this psycho has no idea what's going on.

Oh they know, but the strategy is to always say what sounds good and trust in their base to believe them.

"The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command."
