You're completely missing the point. I don't think anyone actually thinks he did it, but we do know that rumors like that really get to him, as evidenced by his absolutely unhinged tirades on Truth Social. And that is a small way to feel like we're sticking it to him, even just a little bit.

Oh no, I get it, love the irony and sticking it to him. But read comments around here. These people think Trump literally sucked Clinton's dick. It's absurd.
I don't really care for murican politics, but why is that so absurd? In my experience are those who cry "homo!" the loudest, are usually the most closeted gays themselves.
It's exactly because of his NPD that we want to perpetrate these rumors until he shits himself with 79yo indignancy. We literally do not care what the truth is when this man uses fabrications as his primary weapon. He Monika'd a democrat to get into politics. End of story.

I have only one thing to say and its about your last sentence. Thats what he said. all over the face!
I mean, when interviewed and asked about it, Epstien's brother only said that Bubba wasn't Clinton. So it seems he may have literally blown someone, it just wasn't Bill Clinton.
It's also been pointed out that Bubba is the name of one of Ghislane's horses. Which is even funnier than Bill.
Recently, emails from 2018 between my brother and me were made public. They were simply part of a humorous private exchange between two brothers and were never meant for public release or to be interpreted as serious remarks.
For the avoidance of doubt, the reference to 'Bubba' in this correspondence is not, in any way, a reference to former President Bill Clinton.
Any attempt to conflate that reference with President Clinton, or to read sweeping implications into them, misrepresents both the purpose and the tone of the original correspondence. I want to be absolutely clear on this point so that the public record is not distorted and so that speculation does not unfairly implicate people who are not actually being referenced in those communications.

However, he does not say that 'Bubba' was not blown by Trump just that 'Bubba' was not Clinton. Nor does he say anything to the effect that as far as he knows Trump has never blown anyone.
