Hilarious that my dad recommended her music to me when I was young back when we were both conservative Christians (like I was 12 maybe) He can't have known she was trans lol

Surprising that he didn't. When I got her records out of the library as a teenager (late 80s, early 90s), the albums they had were all credited to her deadname.
