How is the project still cancelled when we know the complaints against it are all lies?
Hell, how about arrest whoever was involved for slander and libel.
News about it being AI are very recent and the first reaction of the politician was "well akchually the 5% of surveys, reports and complaints that weren't AI generated convinced us"
Which probably means: "I got paid to cancel it so we ourselves made up these bullshit complaints"
