She’s not selling 1.7tn of Venezuela’s assets. She’s saying she will open a 1.7tn market (ie a market with a total revenue of 1.7tn) for foreign investment.
It doesn’t make it better, necessarily, but it does make a difference.
She is saying the first by saying the second. Privatizing and selling off the country.

The 2012 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to the European Union (EU) (founded in 1958) "for over six decades [having] contributed to the advancement of peace and reconciliation, democracy and human rights in Europe" by a unanimous decision of the Norwegian Nobel Committee.

Kissinger won in '73, right after the bombing of Cambodia. Obama in '09 as he was gassing up the jets to level Libya and butcher Afghans for another eight years. Yasser Arafat, Shimon Peres and Yitzakh Rabin - three avowed terrorists - all got the prize in 1994 shortly before they fell back into their low-grade civil war. Kofi Annan and the UN won in 2001, seven years into running the phenomenally corrupt "Oil for Food" program used to loot Iraq.
It's a bad award for bad people.
Obama got the peace prize for literally not being W. Bush. No other reason.

Agreed, the Obama administration was rotten, but boy, was he charismatic. My dislike of him has been one point of contention between my standard-issue US liberal neighbor while helping bridge the gap with my recovering MAGA other neighbor.

The "Peace Prize" winner has been trying to violently overthrow the Venezuelan government since the Bush Era failed coup in 2002.
So, her award is as valid as Obama’s.
