I can hardly believe how tone deaf this is to choose a CHRISTMAS ad for this. I get that their Christmas ads are iconic, but the symbolism of making hundreds of jobs redundant at the holidays, taking work away from hundreds of talented artists to make a simulacrum of fake emotion is just unimaginable. Nobody is reacting positively to this.
