I'd say Cheney is in the top five in history.
He hadn't had a heartbeat since like '11, and before that, questionable.

In that sort of hunting you are expected to stay low. When the birds are flushed the designated shooter swings and shoots. His lawyer buddy popped up when he should not have so it was indeed his fault.
