It's a Mass Effect Relay from the Mass Effect series of games. This one is from Mass Effect 2, specifically.
Damn you for making me want to replace the trilogy. RIGHT THIS VERY MINUTE!
Though I did just buy it on Steam for $4.79. It's on sale through midnight today for anyone who doesn't own the legendary version.
