it has some pretty bad reviews which really sucks because I had such high hopes.. the first one was such a fun game
Still mad they had a good chunk of the original dev team and fired them. What I wouldn’t give to get the build they had worked for like 5 years on.

I'd go and do the intro again, but the game only allows one save spot apparently, only autosaves, no quicksave or anything.

judging by the Steam reviews it's Dragon Age 2 all over again, should've called it Vampire: Revengeance or something
Im really not in a hurry to play but I probably will check it out in a year or so after it got some patches/updates. Im just a bit of a sucker (heh) for anything vampires.

Why did you buy the action RPG where they took out all the RPG and also all of the action? And then gave the writing to The Chinese Room, whose writing style is best described as "I paid ten bucks for this thesaurus and goddamn it i'm gonna use it"?
The first reviews to come out saying that it was at least okay got my hopes up, but there's no way im paying for it. fitgirl has it on her coming soon list. return that shit, get your money back

yeah but i'm not spending my hard earned bandwidth limit any more than i have to.
i actually don't have a bandwidth limit, but i know many people do, and fitgirl is the only name i trust in pirating games as a whole. not to say there aren't other options, just that she's good and consistent, while getting those gigs low low low
I was sure this game was going to suck because of it being stuck in development hell for so long. Then the first reviews came in and the first ones I read were pretty positive, and I got my hopes up, but now I'm seeing more and more bad ones.
I don't even need the gameplay to be good, the first one was pretty rough in that regard too, I just want a well-written rpg with weird vampire characters.
reviewers gave 10/10 to starfield, they can all just stop trying.
Idk, I've been enjoying it. I think it helps that I had absolutely no expectations after all the development hell so just having a decent game with fun writing has been enough for me.
