Klingons never stop talking about how brave and honourable they are, but they skulk around in cloaked ships and have never hesitated to kill unarmed civilians in the heat of battle. They ignored Cardassia for decades while it ravaged Bajor and started a war with the Federation, but invaded as soon as the military regime fell and they elected a civilian government.
