Tax year is 2022. Notice date is 2025. This isn't due to accumulation of massive amounts of interest. To owe that much money this person must have either made a ton of money or fucked up on their return super badly to have appeared to have made a ton of money.

I figured most sovcits were relatively poor or lower middle class.

I'm pretty sure if you use a toilet seat as a check, drawn on your IRS account, and signed at a 45 degree angle, in red ink, everything will be sorted.
