I Fucking hate liberals and their smugness. If this was happening under Biden, they'd support it fully, especially because they're so supportive of the propaganda about Venezuela already.
I saw a segment of a WSJ video about Maduro and Trump; they were saying that both of them are using this to fuel nationalism, authoritarianism and etc etc
They are actually kind of right; Maduro should do the right thing and just completely surrender, tell his people to just take the attacks and that less people will die if they just let our government stroll in and take the oil. Self defense is nationalist and tyrannical. In fact the truly just thing to do would be for Maduro to just up and push his people out of Venezuela and just give America the entire country. I'm sure this would be what his people truly want, and any of them who don't are just narco-terrorists.
I think by "murderous and corrupt government," that person is referring to the true president of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó.
oh for sure. If Biden or Kamala had been elected, these fuckers would 100% be the ones happily spreading imperialist propaganda instead about how they NEED to invade Venezuela and moralistically and Human Rights-ly™ kill and torture civilians like so many times before. Trump being the face of this operation means they need to pretend like they're against imperialism, but only because Orange Man bad and not because imperialism and killing civilians in foreign countries to extract their resources and turn them into vassal states is bad. to our haha, the false flag operators that Kamala would've sent would at least have been trained in keeping a secret. Waiting for Trump to write some long winded TRUTH about how Venezuela arrested federal agents (who were there on legitimate business of course) and then ignore any critiques like he did with the wholeremoved children thing.
