Woah! A use of HTTP status code 451 in the wild!

Didn't know it existed and apparently The number 451 1953 dystopian novel Fahrenheit 451, in which books are illegal.

No but see the people who made the internet were totally apolitical, guys.

I've seen it before as a tantrum about GDPR

Nice, they provide all the cool sites for free movies in the law suit 🤣🤣

You can download the full document from here (I think, because they said it was a one-time link, according to them).

Perhaps the IP is incorrectly identified as being from UK then. I've heard these databases can sometimes be outdated.

I don't think you can do anything about it aside from reporting this as error if they have such thing. Google does, for example, but they also try to estimate the IP country based on people's usage like searches and phone positioning.

I don't know if this could be relevant: https://developers.cloudflare.com/network/ip-geolocation/#report-an-incorrect-ip-location

Check what you get on, say https://browserleaks.com/ip
It will also check IPv6.

Most countries have some kind of internet restrictions.

You can look yours up, in case you're trying to visit torrent sites while in Denmark, for example.

Very strange scale, people facing criminal charges for hateful or violent Facebook posts in Europe is considered as bad as silencing political journalism.

There's comment on how many people in the UK are facing charges over this, but every country in Europe enforces hate speech laws. Seems very biased towards mainstream headlines about the nazi thug riots in UK.

That's a neat site, thanks!

good idea to make cloudflare default middleman 🫠

(maybe you can change to some far removed dns, so that it would resolve to other cdn-s, if it's a big website?)
