Any fellow Autistic folks know how to "focus" what I "hyperfocus" on? I realize I'm feeling useless not because I am not doing anything, but becausey brain decides this week is "sort the PokΓ©mon cards" week. If I hyperfocus on my work it's great, but when it's other things I inevitably feel guilt and shame.
I'm afraid of being chronically unemployed & unhirable & a failure at life π¬
