If I'm keeping it a Soros-buck (which I get paid for every post) it gets a thumbs up from me. Looks yummy. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but fun for a party
There's so many of these "crossover treats" now. Oreo flavored this, Skittles flavored that. I haven't tried any of them on principle.

It's like one of those Japan-only fighting games where one company owns the toy license so they do "shounen jump versus transformers" or something.

I assumed it was because they weren't legally allowed to refer to it as "cinnamon".
For the price of one small 'spice' jar, you can get ~20x the quantity if you just buy some sugar and cinnamon and mix them yourself. The FunkoPop of food.
