Sounds like a doctor's visit unfortunately. Unless you can think of a different way to get some antibiotics.
God bless America

Well I still have my medicaid so I can see someone and get meds
Thank goodness yeah my man you need the doctor
I'll have to look into getting a ride and an appt made up
Maybe it depends on your state but sometimes Medicaid provides a ride to the doctor: https://www.cms.gov/medicare-medicaid-coordination/fraud-prevention/medicaid-integrity-education/downloads/nemt-factsheet.pdf
Oh sweet ty!
look into your city/county's paratransit service. its something you'd have to sign up for but its for people who can't drive or would have trouble with regular public transportation for any reasons such as disabilities or the places they need to go arent served by regular public transportation. they will pick you up/take you literally anywhere in their service area by appointment. (im a paratransit driver for work)
diseases mentioned
You should get checked for prostatitis and STDs like Chlamydia or gonorrhea
Anyway, people with male genitalia don't easily get UTIs and there's usually some underlying cause, like kidney stones for example. You should get that checked by a professional, is what I mean
Pretty sure I don't need to be checked out for an std since I haven't slept with anyone in years, right?
Some of them can lie dormant for a while but other than HIV I dont think youd go years without knowing
Yeah, the last time I was with someone was in 2013, so it's been quite the while.
When is the last time you sat on a toilet seat? That's how my wife keeps getting STDs.

Get your kidney/liver health checked out by a doc pronto
Sounds like you're going to a doc, which is the most important step. In the meantime, stay hydrated. This helps both UTIs and most kidney things.
The pain you're mentioning may be pelvic floor dysfunction, which often accompanies urinary issues of various kinds. You can (gently) palpitate the pelvic floor muscles to see if they are tight and/or tender. At-home PT exercises, (very) gentle massage, and practicing breathing into your stomach to relax these muscles can all help.
im prone to these.
yeah, these are the signs. also if you continue to ignore it it could spread to the prostate and kidneys, both are very bad. prostate sucks the most because it often takes more than one course of antibiotics to clear up. i had a bad recurring one in there for some time and was on different antibiotics for like 3 months which culminated in 10 days on iv antibiotics administered daily. if that didnt work i was kind of going to be shit out of luck
so dont ignore. get it treated. wash your hands before you goon.
Chug water until ur pee is clear and keep doing that and go to a doctor to get it checked out.
