Killing Nazis while wanking yourself raw over "The American way", so pretty much like any other WW2 entertainment, including the Wolfenstein games.
Honestly I was kinda surprised with how well New Colossus handled it, showing that the America BJ is fighting for was never real. Characters tell him that America inspired the Nazis, the black revolutionaries basically say the white Americans were no better than the Nazis. He goes to Roswell and the Americans there immediately jumped to adopt the fascist regime and legalize (non prison) slavery again. He gets chewed out over this in both New Order and New Colossus for being a blind patriotic soldier wanting to restore America. He starts to learn and helps the other groups the only way he can, killing incredible amounts of Nazis. What's not to like honestly (the third game where they go back on this shit immediately lmao)
How'd they mess it up in the third game?
There are plenty issues but the ideology is really exemplified in this character

Leader of the black revolutionary front and the one who calls out BJ on his shit and voices the main critiques of America in the second game. Great character, lots of gamers hate her because she's black and doesn't constantly glaze our protagonist.
Third game takes place in the 80s after a timeskip and she's inexplicably leader of the reformed FBI lmao. Even the wiki has this to say
Ironically, she is now the head of the FBI, the organization that tried to prosecute and imprison during her time as the leader of the Black Revolutionary Front.
The game in general is just bad and has a lot of bad gameplay decisions, but it just annoys me that they dropped the actually interesting angle of asking what America should actually be rebuilt as after defeating the Nazis. Oh well

I grew up being told nazism was bad and Hitler was the worst. I didn't get a chance to make up my own mind. I don't want my bideo gamebs and tv shows based on them telling me what I should be thinking and feeling. I want to decide for myself just like I decide for myself how long my mom should cook my dinner tendies.
