My one was super scared of me when she was this little

[–] iAvicenna@lemmy.world 4 points 5 hours ago

AND he has cerebellar hypoplasia so he is smol and also woobly.

(If you're not familiar, it doesn't hurt and doesn't affect the cat's lifespan, they just have poor control over their voluntary movements)

What’s wrong with its eyes?

[–] Gullible@sh.itjust.works 51 points 1 day ago

One eye on the food bowl, the other on the streets.

Lots of kittens have slightly distorted pupils, they will straighten out as they change color with age.

[–] GreenKnight23@lemmy.world 8 points 23 hours ago

happens to human babies too. pretty common actually.

[–] PaulDrye@lemmings.world 19 points 1 day ago

There was a post to his Facebook account today that happened to mention that the vet decided he definitely has eyes that point in two different directions. But it's largely cosmetic.

Only if mum and the rest of the litter isn't just out of frame

[–] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 14 points 1 day ago (2 children)

that is either an enormous banana or the smallest cat I've ever seen

[–] Viking_Hippie@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 1 day ago (1 children)

The human fingers holding the banana would have to be grotesquely enormous too, so I'm gonna assume illegally smol kitten 🥰

[–] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 3 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

It could be a child or someone with dwarfism holding an oversized banana ... we need more info

[–] Viking_Hippie@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 23 hours ago

I mean, that child or little person would have to have even BIGGER hands in proportion than an average sized adult whose fingers look normal on the theoretically gigantic berry 🤷

[–] NABDad@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

We need another banana for scale.

[–] Melatonin@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 22 hours ago (2 children)

Bananas are a bad scale. They range from small to large. Slap a ruler on that bad boy.

[–] WhiskyTangoFoxtrot@lemmy.world 2 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

We just need another banana to determine the scale of the first banana.

[–] Melatonin@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 5 hours ago

Bananaception

Look at little good eyed rascal. That's a #1 in the making, no doubt.

[–] FlashMobOfOne@lemmy.world 4 points 23 hours ago

Agreed. An abundance of natural talent right there. Can't wait to see how he grows.
