Hear me out. A few games have shader installations that will usually apply any new settings you put down AFTER you restart the game, and a lot of other games have graphics settings that will only apply after you've rebooted the game.

I don't think it would cost developers ANY amount of money or any significant development time to add a "Reboot game" button (or toggle) every time the player presses the quit button, or give the player a prompt every time they change a setting that requires a game restart (like in both PC versions of GTA V).

I also think ANY game should have a "full potato" mode capable of running in older computers with NONE of the fancy graphics stuff that we have access to today, despite having a decent computer now.

note: I'm not arguing either are good/bad or better/worse than each other, I'm just saying that if I buy a 70 dollar multiplayer FPS I expect my bullets to actually work. its been 43 fucking days, DICE, fix your shit.

People constantly say that humans are terrible by default, selfish, and violent, but BY DEFAULT, if you ARE a well adjusted human being with empathy, you will ALWAYS feel conflicted about committing violence towards another human, even if they 100% deserve it. In fact, if you kill or severely maim someone, you'll always feel conflicted about it if you are a good human, and doing it several times (or hell, even ONCE if it's traumatizing enough) will give you severe PTSD. The problem of humans being terrible to each other is always created by indocrination, propaganda, and the fact that being a selfish idiot is rewarded in capitalist society. This is one of the reasons why I think humanity is inherently good, and that evil people are the ACTUAL deviants, who just happen to be rewarded by the way society has been structured for a very long time (even before capitalism).
