NO! No no no, this is nothing like what we accuse North Korea of being evil for! See, when they did it they had legitimate defensive strategy and famine was caused largely by outside interference. When we do it it's because we're oafish, cruel, and greedy!
See the difference is that the DPRK is naively and foolishly trying to make the world a better place, whereas we superior westoids openly acknowledge that we live in hell and the only thing we can do is make things worse.
