The claim is a ritual which is "meant" to make them forget, no claim of it actually existing. I mean they are talking about it while giving testimony about what they were made to endure.
They also say it involved drugs, which could be part of said ritual and help to try and make people forget. I don't think anyone has enough information from the article to be making confident assumptions about what exactly happened because there isn't enough information in the article, full stop.
I don't know why people find the "ritual" aspect of this hard to believe. The zionist elite love playing into anti-semetic tropes. They love antisemitism, they want people to fall into antisemitic thinking. This helps them dismiss criticism of Israel by calling it antisemitic. And they want Jews around the world to think thier countries are full of antisemites and to feel unsafe, so that they come to Israel. And, on a personal level, I think they get off on it. I'm not going to entertain that from an "NGO" that is literally a glorified facebook group, according to their own website.
As far as I can tell, the survivors themselves are the ones claiming there were rituals, not the article author (or the NGO, per the edit). We should definitely be cautious about antisemitic conspiracy theories, but my understanding is that this is an Israeli publication quoting the words of survivors who have come forward publicly, which I think lends this some credibility.
Yes, I recognize that they are quoting a few of these survivors, but that's also the entire angle of the article. I'm not sure I'd say how much credibility the jerusalem post has to offer, but your point is valid.

The victims are claiming ritual abuse a la q anon/protocols/satanic panic. While I absolutely believe they were trafficked, I think it is unlikely there were any actual "rituals", to say the least.
This is a nation that has soldiers routinely pose with assaulted women's clothes, widespread TikTok dances in occupied zones, brags about raping prisoners, has street parades chanting about dismembered children, has intelligence operatives to get blackmail material or create it.
You might as well be saying "Vader wouldn't condone this". I trust what you find likely or unlikely far less than multiple victims. Ritual only means that it was made in a very specific way and as a matter of routine initiation or passage.
In a society that seems to value blackmail as a sort of social MAD, this wouldn't surprise me in the least. Gladio already did shit like that and the CIA taught Mossad whatever Mossad didn't teach back to them.
