I wouldn't be surprised if she were one of the handful sitting members of Congress who have no idea what roll they're required, by the oath of office that they swore to, to be apart of when was is declared.

Probably the rare times she said something that isn't totally crazy
She probably feels the more involved we are with Israel vs Iran, the less involved we will be with Trump vs Americans. The lady has priorities on who she wants to die first.
