Frasier and to a lesser extent Cheers.
Ask Lemmy
A Fediverse community for open-ended, thought provoking questions
Rules: (interactive)
1) Be nice and; have fun
Doxxing, trolling, sealioning, racism, and toxicity are not welcomed in AskLemmy. Remember what your mother said: if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. In addition, the site-wide Lemmy.world terms of service also apply here. Please familiarize yourself with them
2) All posts must end with a '?'
This is sort of like Jeopardy. Please phrase all post titles in the form of a proper question ending with ?
3) No spam
Please do not flood the community with nonsense. Actual suspected spammers will be banned on site. No astroturfing.
4) NSFW is okay, within reason
Just remember to tag posts with either a content warning or a [NSFW] tag. Overtly sexual posts are not allowed, please direct them to either !asklemmyafterdark@lemmy.world or !asklemmynsfw@lemmynsfw.com.
NSFW comments should be restricted to posts tagged [NSFW].
5) This is not a support community.
It is not a place for 'how do I?', type questions.
If you have any questions regarding the site itself or would like to report a community, please direct them to Lemmy.world Support or email info@lemmy.world. For other questions check our partnered communities list, or use the search function.
6) No US Politics.
Please don't post about current US Politics. If you need to do this, try !politicaldiscussion@lemmy.world or !askusa@discuss.online
Reminder: The terms of service apply here too.

TNG, Voyager and DS9.
Gotta finish off with Enterprise, it has been a long road.
Underrated take. The true end of the TNG era of shows.
(not era of time, obviously)
Community, BoJack Horseman, Adventure Time.
I'm not sure I could go through BoJack a second time.
Unless it was like, Chicago-style.
Any of the Star Treks, the West Wing (because I love fantasy), Firefly, IT Crowd, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Garth Marenghi's Dark Place....
A person of culture. Though I've never watched the West Wing I approve of the rest.
Arrested Development
Archer
Futurama, Las Vegas, 30Rock.
Naruto and Spongebob. And beer.
What's that from? She looks familiar.
Never mind, I zoomed in and could see it's Lucy in Xena
The most divine answer
The Office.
I throw it on in the background constantly.
Surprised how low this is. I was certain it would be the top pick.
The Simpsons
Gravity Fall and Avatar the Last Airbender.
Hell yes to both!
Workaholics
Xavier: Renegade Angel
The dialog moves so fast that it always feels fresh and enjoyable.
What…doth… life?
Wow haven’t thought about that show in a decade, time for a rewatch!
Dude everything they do is so good, check out their other shows :) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PFFR
Adult swim has been uploading it to YouTube.
Yeah, I've been re-watching them. They're higher quality than the ones I recorded off cable over a decade ago :)
Uk here. Peep Show, Black adder, Dad's Army and The Sopranos.
White Collar
Stargate SG1
Stargate Atlantis

Uk, new Zealand, Australian, on repeat forever and ever. Even throw some of the Scandinavian versions on when I'm feeling focused enough for subtitles

Welcome to the NHK (some random older anime I just seem to always relate to a lot.)
Not so much any more, but I used to watch Monty Python's Flying Circus any time it was on.
Bob's Burgers gets rewatched a lot. We also do a full rewatch of Taskmaster before each new series begins (UK and NZ versions) though that tradition may have to end now that the UK version is nearing 20 series.
There are also a number of UK panel shows that we keep looping through as background noise. Hypothetical, QI, WILTY, selected Buzzcocks episodes, Guessable, Alan Davies: Untitled, Big Fat Quiz, Outsiders.
Fringe, GITS (Stand Alone Complex, Solid State Society, Arise), Firefly, Mr.Robot, Cowboy Bebop, Flying Circus, Scrubs, Ash vs Evil Dead, American Horror Story, X-Files, Willfred, Red Dwarf, The Expanse, Zato Ichi just to name a few.
I love Wilfred (the FX version), I watch it at the start of every summer.
Allo Allo. Still Game. Northern Exposure. Good Eats. MythBusters. Top Gear (Britain) and Grand Tour. Used to watch Cooks Country/America's Test Kitchen, but it went sideways after Chris left.
It is I, Leclerc.
Hahahahahaha
