I think this is more of a generic Kelly. It's been a fact that younger people are drinking, having sex, and using drugs less than other people when they were their age, so overall those things are on the downturn.
Might be something he made in January but got pushed back because of the burning need to make Elon/Trump strips. Fairly popular for people to not drink for a month after the holidays.
