Tbf I've had several cats that went -bonkers- for broccoli...
Mine is very dedicated to get „kohlrabi“ ( cabbage turnip, as it’s translated.)
If I dare to make a tuna sandwich, the cat will hear the can opening from anywhere in the house (small place) and come running like a fish seeking fur missile. Followed shortly by loud begging MROWWWWW's!
My cat would unapologetically smash a piece of broccoli.

My cat tried to swat a sandwich out of my had yesterday. He’s 17 and very slow, but for sandwich, he’s fast.
Time for a little feline PTSD.
Our cat actually likes munching on little bits of raw greens, including spinach and broccoli.
