Baked using a subway bread liner I ganked from my previous workplace (it had a very small tear and they were gonna throw it out).

Didn't proof very quickly since it got randomly freakishly cold in my apartment and my ovens lowest setting was still too hot for proofing anything. Tastes pretty good, made a honey italian dough and herbed up 2 of them

It's just a basic bread recipe + honey, don't exactly remember which website I scoured it off of but it's on the first page of ddg

A trick I use for proofing in the oven is placing a baking pan of streaming water to the bottom of the oven. It stays warm quite long.

The oven light itself also generates a decent amount of heat for proofing

Steam will also have an effect on the crust that just heating won't get. Shit's a game changer.

A blend of italian seasoning, powdered milk, parmesan cheese, and then you top it off with shredded cheese right before cooking
