Easy to visualize a potential scenario.

RV is traveling quickly, something like an animal in the road makes driver suddenly jerk wheel way too far sideways, front of vehicle moves in that sideways direction where it goes down into the ditch and the nose gets stuck in the ground, remaining momentum in the rear of the vehicle keeps pushing forward, and the nose acts like a pivot point and throws the rear of the RV up into the air
