Isn't that ironic.

Bigger. Same price.

There are thousands of Gen Z that are going to think that that is photoshopped. It's not. Promise. That used to happen. Also Cadbury chocolate didn't always taste like puke.

Ah but in the article, it says the wrapper was later banned because it wasn’t actually bigger. They’ve been at it decades.

Don't remember that bit. Thanks for the reminder. (Early Gen X here)

Trouble is that all chocolate bars are smaller than all of the bite sizes I didn't used to buy.

Talking of crisps .. 😡

"Grandfather what did you do before The Great Shrinkflation Wars?"

Upvoted.

War. No-one switched until .. well no-one has switched .. yet. The shelves are still full of that puke flavour stuff that Mercans love. That butyric acid stuff?

I remember back when creme eggs used to be tasty.

[–] deadcatbounce@reddthat.com 2 points 4 days ago

They still tasty. Just of butyric acid (that puke taste that Mercans like.).

I dunno, that's a very old Crunchie wrapper indeed.

Trash + time = history

But it's not really that old, put it back for a century or two.

Now that’s a crunchie, the size of five books!

They could have saved this story until Friday.
